Jaffa Truffles (serves 3)
You will need:
6 scoops of Breyers Chocolate Orange & Almond ice cream
8 Jaffa Cakes
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1. Scoop the 6 scoops of Breyers Chocolate Orange & Almond ice cream and place on a lined baking tray. Freeze for an hour.
2. Meanwhile, combine the Jaffa Cakes and cocoa powder in a food processor. Blitz until you get a crumb textured mix.
3. Add the shredded coconut and blitz again.
4. Let the ice cream melt slightly then roll in the Jaffa mixture. Store in the freezer.
