Morning Iced Coffee
Morning Iced Coffee (serves 1)
You will need:
1 scoops Breyers Coffee Cupcake ice cream
1 shot espresso
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1. Brew the espresso.
2. In a separate jug, combine the milk, protein powder and Breyers Coffee Cupcake ice cream.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Add the Ice to a glass. Top with the espresso followed by the ice cream mix.
