Summer Smoothie Bowl (serves 1)

 
You will need:

2 Scoops of Breyers Cookies & Cream ice cream
½ Frozen banana
½ Cup frozen berries
A handful fresh berries and banana slices to top
Sprinkle cacao nibs
Sprinkle coconut chips

 
Method:

1. Add the Breyers Cookies & Cream ice cream, frozen banana and frozen berries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve and top with fresh berries, banana slices, cacao nibs and coconut chips.
