Summer S’Mores (serves 2)
You will need:
2 scoops of Breyers Salted Caramel Cake ice cream
4 oat biscuits (or healthy biscuits of choice)
Small handful mini marshmallows
50g dark chocolate, melted
1. Melt the chocolate (bain marie style or in the microwave) and toast the marshmallows, if desired.
2. Use one biscuit as the base. Top with a scoop of ice cream.
3. Press the marshmallows around the ice cream.
4. Top with melted chocolate and place the other biscuit on top.
