Vegan Avocado Mousse
Vegan Avocado Mousse (serves 2)
You will need:
100g dark chocolate
4 scoops Breyers Vegan Chocolate & Hazelnut ice cream
1 avocado, sliced
Handful of crushed almonds to top
1. Melt the chocolate (bain-marie style or in the microwave) and add to a high-speed blender or food processor along with the avocado and the 4 scoops of Breyers Vegan Chocolate & Hazelnut ice cream.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Serve and top with the crushed almonds.
