Vegan Grilled Bananas
Vegan Grilled Bananas (Serves 2)
You will need:
2 tbsp caramel sauce, heated
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (1.5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp cinnamon)
Mixed nuts, chopped to top
2 scoops Breyers Vegan Chocolate & Hazelnut ice cream
1. Slice the bananas in half and place on a lined baking tray. Top with the sugar.
2. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
3. Top with the caramel and sprinkle with nuts.
4. Serve with 2 scoops of Breyers Vegan Chocolate & Hazelnut ice cream and sprinkle over more nuts and sauce.
